5. Hosting

We host the contents of our website with the following provider:

Lovable / Supabase

Our website is hosted via Lovable and the underlying Supabase infrastructure. The servers are located in the EU. When you visit our website, information is automatically stored in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of the request
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, if applicable, operating system

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure a smooth connection setup and system security.

6. Contact Form and Email Contact

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Stored data: Name, email address, optionally company name, your message.
Retention period: Your data will be deleted after final processing of your inquiry, unless legal retention obligations apply (max. 6 months after last contact if no contractual relationship arises).

We offer the option to contact us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which is part of Meta Platforms. When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages and contact data are processed by WhatsApp. Use is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
